Husband in Conte

I remembered in school we had to buy grey charcoal paper and use black and white conte to make portraits (one of me favourite things to do). I haven't done this for quite a few years, but I thought I'd try my hand at it again. The husband was kind enough to volunteer to be my model. It's a work in progress and I'm definitely going to try it again. I'll try to do it on paper that's a little less textured.
